It's clear as day that racism in society has declined. This was 50+ years ago and it's unthinkable now.

Is it? Tories at the last Mayoral election were circulating materials to Hindu Indian communities saying that if Khan won they'd be more likely to be the victim of burglaries targetting their gold. They did similar community-focused racism in 2019, plus of course the Tory-supporting papers have a long and ongoing history of attacking Muslims individually and collectively.

Every time a business or premise gets trashed - thats someone's livelihood

Everytime a bystander/emergency services personnel gets attacked or worse - thats someones wife/husband/mum/dad/brother/sister

Ive said plenty of times I'll support peaceful groups pushing for equality but the moment one group uses violence to promote its message then it loses my support.

Plenty of other groups that I still support which are peaceful - kick it out for example who dont go around smashing peoples livelihoods or attacking innocent randomers.
