Adonis is so much of what is wrong. Knows very little apart from who you need to suck up to. Out of touch and unqualified for any role except bleating talking head

He calls for sensible politics that wins elections yet bangs the drum for rejoining the EU day in day out. Desperate stuff.

The Tories are the luckiest political party in the world, aren't they. Rubbing their hands together with glee in anticipation of another Labour civil war which will see the incompetent left battle with the incompetent right for leadership of a party that becomes more irrelevant every single day. Sigh.
Sad isn’t it, a poor opposition gives the ruling party free reign.

Not even sure where it started going wrong for Labour.

Tony Blair would steer this country in the right direction.

People have short memories - haven't had it as good ever since.
Him and Brown got suckered into deregulation of financial markets, which ultimately led to financial crash, which has suppressed living standards and deep running austerity program ever since to get us out of it. And the electorate behaves as it always does when baring the finance burden they go all out for populism... Brown has admitted the mistake not sure Blair has.

Utterly comical looking on as Paul Mason (the Marxist who backed Starmer to steer a course toward democratic socialism) goes missing when his preferred leader goes full on Blair.

His last tweet 14 hours ago about...erm...Pine Martens.

and we pay him upwards of £300 a day for the privilege, when he CBA to turn up at the Lords

sadly though his ilk will be talking heads for the foreseeable, even as ex-Labour when they lose power again

can an article about the legitimacy of fur coat wearing be too far behind?

The Tories framed that narrative perfectly to the point where even now people with little interest in politics will tell you that Labour crashed the economy.

The worst part is that Labour even played into the narrative, standing by as the Tories threw the most vulnerable under the bus.
