...Blairite Reeve or Cooper to replace her.

The Starmer counter-revolution rolls on.

He's 'kin rubbish and getting hammered in the polls while Johnson has killed 126,000 people, and she pays the price for it.

What a class act.

I hope Labour get absolutely 'kin pumped at the local elections.

She was terrible.

She’s supposed to be going toe to toe with Sunak and can’t communicate properly.

Somebody like Cooper would be good. She’s done some great work recently.

Cooper is one of the few decent politicians across parliament, she would wipe the floor with any Tory as she constantly does in those select committee hearings. Shame she isn't leader.

Oh great, give it to Reeves, that will go well!

A classless Tory-lite neo-liberal drone.

I blame Corbyn, ultimately. He had control of that party for 5 years and his legacy should have been deselecting every Blairite and "centrist" in the parliamentary party.

It's sad to think that his major 'failings' in his party and regarding the EU was attempting to forge a compromise between extremes.

Unfortunately you cannot have compromise within an organization when one faction not only refuses to play along with anything it doesn't agree with, but actively and publicly opposes the rest (up to and including collaborating with the enemy) and purges its opponents whenever it gets the chance (as they did pre-Corbyn for years, and before the second leadership election).

As for Dodds, I wasn't particularly impressed but anyone who thinks that Labour are behind because of her (or even what she represents) is barking mad.

Labour is failing politically because it is being run by serial political failures, people who've spent more than a decade losing at politics to everyone inside and outside the party. It is those people who are the problem, not Dodds or even Starmer.

How could the LP membership have been duped by him?

The evidence was all there.
