Do you think there's a greater authenticity gained from having a "real" conversation with someone face to face? I am sceptical about how much social media just viewed as noise and echo chambers.
I'd say this was especially the case with none voters, older people and more working class people who Labour need to mobilise to stand any chance.

I wonder why she's being pushed so hard by The Times/Caitlin Moran/(Insert Blue Tick Mouthpiece here) as a potential leader......
Because she's actually good.
He's quite clearly an excellent campaigner.
I just don't think that'll be enough to get him anywhere near power. Thankfully.

Quite probably not, but it's a case of digital communication or no communication it seems, and my MP chooses the latter.
I can envision two similarities to 2017, one is the big tory lead and euphoria quickly dissipating as Corbyn campaigns (which is his element) and Johnson is wheeled out to waffle on and gaffe in public, and another is a hung parliament result

let's see,problem is it will not be just him doing the talking, Abbot was on the other day going on about freedom of movement and immigration if that is a sample they will certainly not have much chance of doing anything.
Johnson will put his foot in it somewhere along the line as well so have to see how that pans out.
