It isn't spiteful at all. Surprising, given the lack of effort in taking on Hodge or Watson et al, but far from spiteful bearing in mind the constant undermining of official labour policy from Campbell and other 'Blairites', the creation and embellishment of discrediting charges from them and complete lack of charges against official tory policies.
Current labour executives have had to spend more time batting off constant sniping and cat calls via the media from weapons like Campbell.
Oh and it's a party rule that Campbell was well aware of, being, iirc, one of it's architects.

He has a point in that Corbyn has caused problems for Jewish people by not confronting anti semitism more directly, instead he’s employed his usual wishy washy tactics and sort of implied it’s in their heads.

There’s been no condemnation because in the grand scheme of things, the bloke is a comparative non-entity.
