UK have one the lowest percentage of people living in apartment buildings in Europe. Im not exactly sure why that is the case. Very common here. Maybe it’s a snob culture and it’s seen as low grade housing or something? Would say that the housing designs are usually cheap and horrific though.As a point of order isn't it 1.5m over the 5 years in power? I don't think anyone committed to 300k per year.
Also, it is 'homes' so houses is another misconstrued bit.
A few brutalist Eastern European style apartment blocks in every town and city will sort all that right out.
Mate of mine moved in to a brand new ground floor apartment building in Edinburgh. He was having problems with the drain beneath the shower so we took apart the panelling and there was an empty bottle of buckfast that the lads fitting it must have chucked there. Plumbing on the whole building was a mess.
