I see Starmer is trying to reset the shambles of the last five months with a new ‘plan for change’…

“Sir Keir said: “This Plan for Change is the most ambitious yet honest programme for government in a generation. Mission-led government does not mean picking milestones because they are easy or will happen anyway. It means relentlessly driving real improvements in the lives of working people.”…

Does anyone other than the simple minded actually believe any of this guff he keeps spouting, I mean really……….

Victoria Derbyshire sitting in for the grotesque Kuenssberg this morning making it watchable.

She’s currently tearing Tory shadow environment secretary Victoria Atkins a new A hole.

Basically reminding her the Tory’s failed on immigration and taking the water companies to task.

Surely if we believe immigration is a good thing, which it is, them "failing" on it should be something to celebrate?

Not if failing on it leads to lots of deaths crossing the channel, dangerous routes to asylum and a crap asylum seeking system that puts people on thing likes that mad boat prison or years of limbo.

I’m sure this government is doing what it set out to do, they just didn’t tell anyone before the vote. Brexit wasn’t and isn’t a disaster, getting rid of Boris when they did was the disaster….
“ Rachel Reeves’s tax raid has sent business confidence plunging to the lowest level since the first Covid lockdown, business leaders have said.

They say the Chancellor’s record tax rises are undermining economic growth and cutting off investment plans, with bosses forced to slash pay rises, sack staff and raise prices to cope with the £25bn National Insurance increase.

The findings published in a survey of the Institute of Directors (IoD) will be a blow for Sir Keir Starmer’s embattled Government.”… looks like Free gear will have to make another overseas trip…..

“ Sir Tim Martin, the Wetherspoons boss, said: “All democratic governments need to manage the relationship between an economic horse and a public services’ cart – society needs both. This Government has disincentivised and discouraged the horse, as the IOD survey shows.”……
Quoting Tim Martin 😂
barely looks like he can manage his own personal hygiene

She's right as well.

It’s what we said the day it happened… Starmer will always cover his own back and either deny everything or don’t even comment on it, even though he was fully aware four years ago…….
