It was the only choice you relentlessly boring flump.

So far 50/50 for me.

WFA was something which they could have managed better but the sentiment of not paying money out to people who don’t need it was correct.

This obesity thing is not the best thought out plan, though the sentiment is to take a bit of strain off the NHS.

The freebies thing is pathetic and embarrassing for the people obsessed with it.

Crackpots like you are always going to attack everything they do.

They’re absolutely spot on in regards to getting the obese in this country back to work but just giving them medicine/injections etc isn’t going to work, certainly not long term.

A lot of obesity issues in this country are caused by mental health issues, lack of education, lack of discipline & laziness which won’t be resolved by jabs.

Unfortunately it’s a far bigger job to sort out the obesity crisis in this country.

My experience with mental health is underweight and poorly nourished for the vast majority, part of the self neglect. Of course the issue with many mental health medications is weight gain.

Does that not also apply to being overweight aswell?

Absolute neglect of health & wellbeing, a lot of them are stuck in behaviours that damage them mentally & physically.

Of course you can be obese and under nourished. Although the vast majority I support in the community with Mental Health are not obese and getting them to eat anything when unwell would be great. Just twaddle Mental Health is caused by Obesity and five a day good jog and chat cures all.
Afraid Kendall and Labour is going down the easy Tory answer route because the unempathetic like to kick people down.

No wonder suicides are up.

If ever anyone doubted the validity of the Red Tory tag they need to read her words.

This is right out of the Tory playbook blaming the problems of the NHS on the users of that service.

She came rock bottom of a Labour leadership race in 2015 and there's a reason for that: she's 'kin pathetic.

There absolutely is a link between obesity & mental health.

It requires far more than five a day & a good jog. These people need complete education, behavioural change, self-esteem, confidence & then being able to physically improve themselves.

There is a middle ground, you can be honest with people without kicking them down.

Interest rates coming down again it seems.

@peteblue you’ve heard different going off your post yesterday?

Apparently from tomorrow Barclays and Halifax say they will increase the rates on various home loan deals, and this follows an increase by NatWest, Santander and TSB earlier this week…….

Inflation has been falling for the last two years btw….
