You're not a well of person it's based on the value of your home not your area - the rich e.g. bands E G H would then not get any winter fuel allowance - OAPs on 12 grand will miss out as they must be in big posh properties .... plus there are two types of OAP - the lowest one is passed down to the spouse - the new one much higher is not a master-stroke by that deadbeat Osborne Tory sod as nothing gets passed down to the spouse ..... The new pension pushes many of them over the fuel allowance offered - they will not get pension credit ....
All the pensioners where I live own their houses though so aren’t struggling by any means
