As he has been arrested hopefully he can explain when he appears in court.
No place in UK for "cutting throats" there is some debate in what he said, but can't deny his hand and finger action across kneck as he spoke those words. Stuff like this needs to stop. Given his posistion, politics is not the space for him and is finished.

I dont think reforming the winter fuel payment is unwarranted at all. My worry is it might be being rolled out in a clumsy way. There certainly some who don't need it and are bellyaching.
