"We want a strong authoritarian ruler that doesn't need to keep his word, and no, don't tell us what you're going to do before we vote and spoil the surprise, we just want the conservatives out, well, okay, in your party and out."

Kinell

What sort of seat numbers do the people expecting or hoping for a hung Parliament think we'll end up at?

Because I'm struggling to see how a Lab/Lib coalition is any better than just giving Centrist Keir the seats anyway, I'm sure that any prospective deal with the SNP will collapse over Independence, and the Greens/Workers won't have anywhere near enough MPs to make a difference. Sure, Dave has mentioned a wave of Socialist Independents beating out Labour candidates but by definition they won't have any collective bargaining power (ironic) to demand anything out of a formal agreement with Labour to lend them votes. Sure, they might 'unionise' into a party during Parliament, but that won't get to happen until after a Government is formed.

As I said a hung parliament would be chaos.

Starmer has given her the whip back, she is back in the party and tbh as an aside does not look a well Woman.
Egomaniac ? I question that because as you should know a leader should look strong, if not they are perceived as weak by their opponents and the media. Already it's being said by the media and the Tories that Angela Rayner is telling him what to do, which is not a good look to the electorate. What is most annoying is posters are turning against Labour because of what Starmer is perceived to be doing. As with Abbot it turns out they were wrong, but then they try to find something else wrong he's perceived to have done. All this is a Conservatives dream it lets them in by the back door.

Hiding behind the story that Abbott was still being subject to party process when he knew her case had been heard and dealt with and it was his office that was holding matters up comes across to the electorate like a snide and cowardly way to handle the matter.

Strong leader, Starmer? Dont make me laugh. His strings are being pulled by Mandelson and big business.

You people are going to learn the hard way.

So I take it you're unwilling to retract yesterday's Starmer accusation about Abbot ??

You're just like a giant yellow Baboon Dave throw enough crap and hoping it'll stick.

Just terrified aren't you that a Labour Party will defeat the Tories without the help of the ultra left.

What makes it difficult is that as it stands voting for Starmer's Labour is voting for the lesser of two evils. His approach to Diane Abbot is a total disgrace, once she had the whip restored in a truly democratic party she would obviously be free to stand, yet his egomania made it an issue that never should have existed.
I'm sure your sudden vocal support for Abbott is what has been her guiding light in this months old saga. Congratulations, you truly are an inspiration.

This bit, this bit right here.
