Fair play and mirrored by many others.

But if that leads to 5 more years of Tory scum rule, then you as a voter cannot complain as you had an opportunity to change that.
5 more years of Tory scum either way, it feels like. I can't vote for a party that a creature like Natalie Elphicke can call home, just like my mum turned her back on the Catholic Church when Anne Widdecombe converted to Catholicism.

I think Labour underestimate how much support they will lose as soon as they get into power.
Being ‘not Tory’ only gets you so far.

You do wonder that when the internet gets totally flooded with deepfake news that people will turn away from it all leaving it to just conspiracy crazies.

I trust only a few sites and definitely nothing on social media.

Yep, and is also a get out of jail free card for those actually doing wrong.

“Deepfake mate, wasn’t me”.

It’ll be the new ‘my Twitter was hacked’ excuse.

Had an interesting conversation with one of my friends last night about Labour’s shenanigans.

He's of the opinion the party strategists have decided the socialist 'left' and Muslim vote are irrelevant (or near irrelevant) and they're chasing other seats. He's firmly of the view they're literally looking to move away from that voter bloc.

High risk strategy Imho. They'd risk losing seats in urban areas for sure. Can they afford to do that?

If true, that's gotta sting for long time party activists etc. Probably time for that new party.
They've identified the route to power.

One does reach the point of asking "why do they want power and what is it for?"

What I do see is an increasingly dangerous faustian pact. Appeal to the small 🚢 hating loons, but back track and you possibly lose the next election.

Betray a significant portion of longstanding Labour support and it may be hard to win back.

Remember it was Blair's "Labour" that brought in the Atos medicals that declared terminally ill people fit for work.
And Blairs labour would not a ideological match for me, but many people who are now despertaely suffering were better off.

If we are waiting for the perfect political party we may have some wait on our hands, and getting these monsters out of power is a necessary act of desperation
