They were "shadow ministers"... also known as ministers-in-waiting... for senior cabinet positions! No preparations, no knowledge, no real life experience... these video clips are 'Rabbits in Headlights' stuff....

Shadow ministers should be prepared and waiting to take on positions of power. These two will never be fit for the positions they aspire to.
