I don't get what's controversial in what he said.
"while working families like mine are left waiting for longer.”

It seems to point the finger at the middle classes, not least the left leaners. It's not especially inclusive, and when fighting for every vote to crush as much tory scum as possible could be seen as a slight to those all of labour will rely on to counteract the thick as pig filth sun reading farage loving blinded sheep that've found their own personal jesus in boris.

He's right though. This thread is full of middle class lefties complaining that Labour aren't Corbyn. Maybe they have Heath Ledger fantasies about him in a nurses uniform.
 

Committing to 2.5% of the UK GDP annually = £60 billion.

But they cant find cash for ending the two child benefit cap which would cost £1.3 billion and raise half a million families out of poverty.
