Not having Starmer at all. But at this point, it needs to be anyone but the Tories given they are the lowest of the low.

See he's rolled back on a few pledges but once he gets in he should be forced to abolish FPTP.
Yep, got to be a priority. Although not something most voters really care about.
For me we need a system that, somehow that utilises local elections.
How can you make local elections into 600 odd seats on Parliament.
Everybody's vote counts. Not just the swing seats.
Would also probs take care of all this boundary moving that all governments do, to try to swing the vote into their favour.

I really do feel we need a system that brings in voices from the lib dems and greens, etc and really hold a government accountable.

The problem with this analysis is that the more parties you have the less accountable they (and the government) are - politicians and those who want to be politicians are more beholden to the party than the electorate.

What I think we need is much more localism in our politics - no money for a campaign should come from outside a constituency; candidates should either be from or have very strong ties to the constituency that they are standing in and candidate selection should be entirely local.

Agree with this, problem is there ate too many 'gangsters' who would yake over the 'soviets'.

The majority want rid of the Tories.

However, Kier Starmer is not the man to garner enough support to get a majority labour government. He’s just not likeable enough.

I fear a hung parliament with LD’s as king makers.

It's possible that no party will have an overall majority after the next election, which would be a good thing imho.
