He won't win, because he won't be here, his own party will see to that Labour won't have to, he's a busted flush, who is soon to be flushed down the toilet and into the sewer where he came from. This is a turd that will flush.
Not just about partisan politics now.
Johnson and Government are doing untold damage to the UK not only domestically but on the world stage. At this point I would rather any previous Tory leader, can debate their ideology which I would still vehemently disagree.
However, cannot believe the likes of Hague Howard Duncan Smith Cameron or May would behave in the manner Johnson and his government are behaving, this path of no integrity would simply not been considered by any of them.

It's why I agreed with Starmer comments yesterday evening, he knows/ we know Johnson will soon be flushed, Starmer is rightly implicating the rest of the party for their complicity. Even Sunak and Javid, they are all guilty, even ignoring what damage he's done to the Country and our reputation throughout the world.

Pete, what exactly does “Beergate” and Starmer have to do with Johnson’s constant lying to parliament and the nation, gross incompetence and blatant corruption ?

My cranium struggles to compute and comprehend such complex arguments.

He says it wasn’t an illegal gathering, if the police say otherwise he’s toast…also Mr Honesty kept very quiet about Angela Rayner being at the party even though the Labour Party had publicly said she wasn’t …he’s no better than Boris…..

He is better than Boris to a factor of about a million. I'm not saying that's difficult, just that it is true

So, what you are saying is, if Starmer is a liar, and/or has broken the law and mislead people and parliament, he shouldn't be in his position and is no better than Boris. Therefore does that not mean that the same applies to Boris as well, or do you believe in double standards?

As an aside.
This is a chance today for Starmer to show some balls and officially ask for a house vote of no confidence. Failure by the government to grant it will be ammunition for labour and the press to really score some points.

The country is in a cost of living crisis, inflation is rising, there is War in Europe, and you are more concerned with scoring some points….Boris should just pack it in, the country isn’t worth it anymore…..

Nicely avoided.
But now Peteblue says Boris should quit cause the country he governs is not worth it. The country the conservative party have governed for 12 years is so run down that the prime minister should call it a day.

In fairness, you like a wee 'points score' with the best of them, Pete.

Boris is a knob. We know it, you know it, we know you know it, you know that we know you know it.....You know that we know.............. Need a lie down now!

So. Sommat popped into my head a few mins ago.
Let's say there is an election and we get a labour/snp coalition.
What happens if we give the Scots the indy vote and it passes?
Do all snp MP's then quit Westminster? Wonder where that would leave a coalition government.

I am beginning to worry about your sanity fella, anyone who even thinks that is close to the precipice. He is probably the most unpopular Prime Minister of all time, even with his own party..
