You sound pretty sure there like.

Yeah, sounds a bit forceful reading it back... what I've heard from a lad I know is that Spurs have basically said they want him "a la Beckford" at the end of the season, but Chelsea are in for him now and we're looking to cash in, but there's no way we're selling before Sunday. Pienaar himself doesn't mind which of the two he joins by all accounts, but he wants to stay in England and he wants out of Everton ASAP so Chelsea are favourites.

My sauce isn't as rock-solid as LCAB/THT but this one he's fairly confident on.

Makes sense to me - I reckon a massive bid for Bale between now and the summer means Redknapp wanted a contingency in place for that eventuality, but not necessarily now.

Lesser of 2 evils really, at least 3m in the kitty might see a bit of activity incoming. Sad to see Pienaar go though as he's worth a couple of mil to us just to keep him on till the end of the season. If only we had something to play for.

Wow - read all 30 pages I missed, and...nothing really changed. :)

I'm also impressed at the 30K views. WOW.

I hate not being able to access this at work - I check when I get home, but I feel like I've missed everything with the damn time difference.

i`d sooner have the 3mil. FA cup, europa spot- those two seem worth playing for

Two or three seasons ago Vaughan looked like he was going to mature into a really good player. I know he's had his injuries, but I don't feel like he's had a fair crack of the whip.

I reckon he'll be off to Huddersfield sooner, rather than later - he is always mixing with them lads.

Pienaar is on his way to Chelsea for £3m, but it will be after the Merseyside derby. Spurs won't match the bid.

A million more than what we payed on contract running out in 5 months, i think all parties would probably be happy with this.

That's the game ain't it? What's real and what's crap. Fair to say the lurking journo snides haven't figured it out yet. Gots to know who your friends are and who isn't? Is it day or night? Is it Hammill, or Adam, or Mbokani, or ye mar? Is it?

I'd take any of the above. As long as it isn't Chris Eagles, I really don't rate the lad. Coleman over him every day on the RW. He wouldn't add anything to the team.
