Well, regardless of all the well formed posts in this thread. Moaning to the press is the worst thing a player can do, particularly one working for David Moyes.

It's always a pattern, isn't it?

International break, Johnny chooses his time to blab to an overseas newspaper.

Clown.

Why has he said this?! The bad bell.

He's been playing recently.

Oh just do one Johnny. You whinge too much for a player of limited quality.

he is an excellent player and hasnt really talked bad there just another example of moyes treating players bad

embarassing really he is a world class player whatever anyone says he would walk into most teams well teams that dont have a manager that cant handle certain types of player i think its not hetinga that is the problem

Well I can see where his frustration's coming from. He's been used less than his first season, and not had a proper run in the team all year.

But he really does overestimate his ability. Jags is the best CB we've had at the club in my lifetime, and Distin's a candidate for player of the season (second only to Baines, for me). Moyes has been right to play Distin and Jags when possible, as they're the best we've got and have backed that up with the performances.

However what's to say they wouldn't have similar aggravations if they were on the bench all the time? I watched an interview with the Yak, talking about how happy he was at Leicester to be playing every week. He looked genuinely upset when talking about being on the bench each week. And the Yak is, imo, and awesome, awesome guy. He's always smiling, he's a character and from what I've learned, the players all love him. So if being on the bench can affect him like that, then to someone with an ego, like Heit, well... this was inevitable.

That said, he's shown no respect to the club by coming out like that. Refusing to play a position, too, is disgraceful. He's angling for a move, and I'd happily oblige.

Dag, Johnny.

How often has he actually played rb anyway?

Forget big money for big players with big egos, that not the Everton way by the looks of things.

Get some local lads with a bucketful of good attitude and a thimbleful of talent and we will be alright.

2 choices. Give him the chance to back his words up on the pitch or get rid of him for having a big mouth.

When he goes thanks for everything John but you were the wrong player at the wrong club.

Best 22 players in the world defo. I think he forgot that he got sent off, his team mates were animals, and they also lost.

He's got some lyrics that Johnny H.

embarassing bias fans as usual he is a great player he just isnt being used properly

when he goes to a champions league side and plays week in week out maybe we will see what we missed out on

we should stop talking whack bout heitnga and maybe look at moyes.

it winds me up when we have players like this that we or moyes cant keep happy . we will sell and replace with a worse player , great .

Fair play to him, don't mind a bit of passion. And if he has faith in his ability, you want that competition for places and he does have a point. Most of our players aren't experienced at the the end of football.

He'll be sold in the summer like, but it's showing up why we can't keep hold of good
talent or keep good talent happy because were not playing in Europe or fighting for champ league spots. It's gonna be a tough summer to get good players in IMO
