If I'm correct taxes were raised this year on high earners in England while Spain taxes footballers who are not born in Spain at 24%. So in order to get a player from LaLiga its going to cost alot wage wise. Guessing wages is the big reason why Banagea isn't here.
 

Probably a dumb question, i pretty sure he can but can heitinga play in the europa league or is he cup tied because of the champions league?

"as per Champions League regulation 17.18, one player per club who would normally be cup-tied can be registered and eligible to play, so long as his previous club did not field him in the same competition, meaning that this player can represent two different clubs in the UEFA Cup and Champions League. However, if the first club fielded him in the Champions League, but would later play in the UEFA Cup through finishing third in the group stage, the transferred player is ineligible to play in the UEFA Cup"

so they say that because atletico havent entered the comp he is elegible to play.
 


Tbh I wouldn't expext him to say anything else.....He initally didn't want to come , it was allegedly only Athletico needed the money that he was sold.

Better to do his talking on the pitch.
