OK, it may not mean much but I just sent the following message to JH via his website:

Hello. As an Everton fan I am hoping the rumours that you may join the Blues be true. I know you can't say too much but I just thought I'd tell you what a great club Everton FC is; what a great manager David Moyes is (reckoned to be only bettered by Sir Alex Fergusson in the Premier League); what a great atmosphere there is at every home game and, finally, how excited those of us in the Grand Old Team forums are about the prospect of a quality player such as you coming to the club!

Hope to see you at Goodison Park soon..

Well thank God you wrote that mate. He's definately gonna join now. I honestly think that this is the difference. Has he responded if hes coming yet?

Don't know if it's been posted before today, been out all day, but on Heitingas Wiki page, he is currently at Goodison having a medical after agreeing a £5.7m deal.

Can we trust Wiki?
