Actually it does seem insightful. He’s quickly realized that you are not capable of rational discussion. Please though, tell us more about how Sam won us that game via his telepathic powers.Wow not only original but insightful and a show of your superior intellect![]()

5 games against the top 6
Got beat in 4. Drew at anfield and Chelsea. How we never got beat in both is a miracle. We had 1 shot combined in both games. Total fluke
We won't count unsworth games in Europe they were dead rubbers
Yes and 3 of our last 5 games were against sides in the top 5. Do you genuinely think that Unsworth would have got us wins against any of those 3? In the only games we have to go off against good sides, we got a consolation away at Chelsea when the game was over, we were battered in Lyon, and were already beaten at half time by now 7th placed Leicester. That suggests to me that we would have got the same outcome in terms of points as we have under Allardyce in these games against the better sides, except Unsworth wouldn't have got us 2 draws against Chelsea at home and Liverpool away.
In case you hadn't noticed or accepted it as well, we don't tend to do too well against the top sides, especially not away. Haven't beaten Liverpool in any game since 2010, or away since 1999. Haven't beaten Spurs in any game since 2012, or away since 2008, and since the PL began, no team has won more games against an opposition than Man United have against us.
The outcome of the Atalanta game can be dismissed if you want, but you can't have it that the Lyon game was a dead rubber. We still could have gone there and got a result and had Allardyce been in charge with that kind of attitude you know very well that you'd be straight in to slaughter him for not caring about the club or the 3,000+ fans who bothered to turn up to Lyon.

.just repeated your words you halfwit
its very interesting that big sam is shipping out 2 of our biggest signings of the summer...
tells us what we need to know about the direction Koeman has us going in.
for what its worth, I don't think Sandro or Klassen are up to Premier league football.
I watched the pre season games and been to all our European ties home and away, where they both got plenty of minutes and failed to show anything like the sort of presence needed for a premier league midfield and attack.
Sam shipping them out confirms my belief.
if Koeman was still here, he would of been buying in yet more tosh to try and cover up these two mistakes. god knows where we would have ended up.
He can’t seem to win. Koeman and Walsh were panned for the summer recruitment. Allardyce comes in and attempts to reverse it and gets criticised for it.
He’s made mistakes with us and the football is poor but the squad he was dealt with the injury crisis was probably the worst in the prem.
With Coleman Funes Mori snd Baines our we didn’t have a fit defender of premier league quality. Our strike force was the worst in the league. That is a relegation formula whichever way you look at it. His initial burst when he came in may have just saved us.
I honestly can’t overstate just how crap the fit playing squad was when Allardyce came in.
But he has diagnosed the wrong problems.
Problems are a lack of balance to the midfield and a lack of width on the left.
Need a left back and a passing central midfielder.
Get those two and suddenly we'd find we had the ability to create chances going forward and get more out of our attacking players.
Instead we signed a striker from a poor league used to playing in an ultra attacking team who play a lot of crosses in and a right sided winger/attacker for nearly £50m.
