They broke our hearts in Euro 88, USA 1994 and at that Euro 96 qualifier at anfield as well.

We got a bit of payback on them at Lansdowne Road in September 2001 though.

Still though i always liked the Dutch. I just like the shirts, they've had some great players over the years and their fans always bring a bit of excitement and colour to the occasion as well.

I'd be delighted if they win this thing to tell you the truth. Throw all their heartbreak in world cup finals into the mix as well.

Both these countries probably should've seen more success than what they have had over the years as well imo.

Dutch are sound mate, they love the Paddies and can properly drink.

You have to admire them proper football country, Total Football.

People are actually gonna cheer for a player with this on his head.

Just please don't let him score again.

I heard that there's a really jarg alternative cover/montage of 'Walking in Memphis' that they made for him. 🤦‍♂️

Something like:
'Put on my football shoes
And I boarded the stadium's ground
Touched down in the land of the footballing Blues
In the middle of the fans cheering sounds'

It sounds really really kitsch. 🤦‍♂️
