Corbyn is hated because Murdoch wants him to be hated. Any left leaning leader in the UK would have gotten the same treatment. Tony Blair is the best we are allowed to get.
Corbyn's been leader for too long without any success and has just been a constant punching bag to the public for 10 years. With no real success to point to and a constant slew of lies and attacks in the papers it was always going to be hard for him.

I personally like him but he's proven too divisive and Boris Johnson has more media appeal to the general public as a cartoonish buffoon character. Boris appeals to the stupid who aren't going to look into policy but hate them foreigners as much as he does for the traditional Tory base. They've gone the Trump route but Boris is far more dangerous than Trump because he's weaponized that buffoonery and has some intelligence underneath it to be truly bad for a lot of the country.

Yes and no, new Labour showed how Labour could get elected. What comes after is up to the party. Help the poorest in society but keeping the status quo with the economy. They can do more and better, but that is the blueprint to follow.

It would be ironic if Swinson who promoted and pushed this election is voted out because of it.

God yes. She deserves to be put on a slow boat to a Chinese concentration camp.

She is 95% gone according to the BBC projections.
Ridiculous. SNP wanted it and the Lib Dems walked into Johnson's demand for an election: at a time of his request, letting him dictate control the electoral narrative. They had him boxed into a corner on Brexit and just needed to chip away at his credibility.

Swept up by small remain victories. Catastrophic decision.

One guy was very, very concerned about the drugs problem in Scotland, it sounded truly shocking and genuinely worrying.

It’s a proper miserable place in Aberdeen, second only to Stranraer in my experience. Worry if the oil industry collapsed up there what would happen to the place.

no mate, he was inept. I know people don’t like to hear it but he was and he missed a massive open goal. All because he let the social media buzz and London centric viewing guide him that way.

An open goal this election clearly was not. Do you think the Labour Party should have pursued a second referendum? If you do then there is no leader that could have delivered a win.
