I live in a historically very pro Labour area of England but I suspect the majority round here voted Tory because most people work in the nuclear/shipyard and most also voted leave. That tells me all I need to know about how much Corbyn has fluffed this.

If the Tories are winning by a majority then it's not individual votes that got them there. It's hundreds of thousands of people who have switched from labour to them.

So can't be arsed with any of the 'its your fault because you voted Tory ' nonsense, it's because the majority of the country did. Which makes your labour support in the minority of the country, you are the minority in your support. Same as if you voted for lib dem/Brexit or any other non hope of winning party.

It's not socialism that's lost the Labour vote. It's Brexit.
