am i missing something with Labour and the students going home. arnt most uni places , Liverpool ect nailed on anyway, would not be better letting them go home to marginals?

There are a few lib dem marginals where they reckon the student vote is important. I've not seen much statistical data to suggest it's that important in the overall picture, but the parties seem to think it is. Most students I knew when I was at uni were registered in home constituency anyway.

If you really want to vote, you'll make a point of voting. Be it in person, postal or proxy.

I think it sums up this useless parliament that they are now spending a couple of hours arguing over whether we vote on a Monday or a Thursday. Just get on with it and stop having the public on.

Yes but they're all London and cities.

Not going to make the slightest bit of difference to the likes of East Hampshire and Ribble valley.

Well more are, obviously. But even in smaller towns you would be surprised by the numbers of EU citizens living and working in far smaller places. In my pretty modest town, I know for a fact there are just short of 100 Hungarians, for example.

At a point now where I don't even care if Lib Dems/SNP/Plaid do well. My priority is a Labour majority government with their great manifesto that will help the poor and working class. But I wouldn't even mind a Lab/SNP coalition, I just wanna see the Tories utterly destroyed and in opposition for the damaged they've caused over the past 10 years and the shambles they are under Johnson
