The thing is of course that many twenty somethings have no interest in Pensions, of course when they reach their late thirties and forties, it begins to register somewhat. I think that when all this ‘nationalisation’ is spelt out in pension financial terms then sensible people over 35 will be aghast that they are the ones paying for this ‘free’ internet......

I am not anti nationalisation in a blanket way, the water board one still baffles me a bit. But this idea whilst making nice headlines, is flawed in so many ways it beggars belief. Lobbed alongside the the plan to rob 10% of the entire FTSE 100 shares and divis, I just shake my head in disbelief.

Things look a little different when presented in terms of momentum:

To be honest I don’t think she covered herself in any glory either, “have you ever used a mop”? “Your not even squeezing it out” . cut to Boris squeezing the mop out. I’m in no way a Tory supporter but these type of interviews can also lead to a kind of sympathy vote because people will say what’s his mopping ability got to do with running the country, just an example.

Lets just look at that statement in terms of real life.

You have been sent by your employment agency to mop a floor and end up making a right Camerons ear of it, would you then ask your agency to put you forward for the job of P.M. because you feel that job might suit you better or be a more simple task. The bloke is absolutely clueless.

If this was an nationalization, solely for ideological grounds, I'd agree with you.

However if the whole country is going to get full fibre broadband (and both the main parties say that it will) it is going to be the taxpayer that foots most of the bill; the question then is what return the taxpayer gets for it.

This makes no sense at all to my comments about the interview that took place.

Full fibre broadband.

Was just trying to point out that people may also think "if he dosen't know how to mop a floor properly how can he be expected to run our country".
Ah, got it. However when at the polling station I don’t think people remember that occasion when Boris couldn’t mop the floor so I’ll put my cross in another box. I just thought the interviewer was making some non relevant points to make him seem incompetent at something and as usual they try to link that to being PM, they will do the same to Corbyn et al. I just felt she made herself look a bit silly with some of her comments, which in turn gives him an excuse to dismiss the questions and babble his way through them.
