Oppose extremist violence by all means, but don't use extremist violence to oppose extremist violence and then play the victim card when you get called out for it.

How should one oppose "extremist violence," then? If we can't use "extremist violence," can we just use "violence," for example? What's the difference between the two? When does self-defence become violence? Why is it okay for the police to use violence, often excessively, but not ordinary people? When is violence acceptable in society? (corporal punishment? Disciplining children? right-wingers like yourself are usually all for it in those cases) etc...etc.....

Hang on, a KKK grand wizard wearing bullet proof body armor fired in to a crowd while another white supremacist mowed down protesters with his car, meanwhile the president, who's advisors spearheaded the growth of the alt right, refused to outright condemn them.
There's no equivalency here.
You can bang on about antifa all you want but at the end of the day, the present threat to America is not a tiny bunch of violent kids on the left with no structure or plan worth talking about or no mainstream political influence. I think their violence is uncalled for but they are not the main problem here.

Oh come on a deodorant bottle and a lighter don't exaggerate it. I do not condone anyone using weapons or whatever they class them off. Now the user was clearly spraying it into the air. But you think its wrong and thus deserves to be shot? It seems he only started spraying it when everyone stepped back. Again not condoning it but its clear he was pushed and provoked and sprayed the mace or deoderant first and when the people got it in their face stepped back then he added flame.

Either way it looks like he was set upon and used his crude method of self defense not that i am condoning anyone trying to burn anyone else.

The thing is the KKK and the right turned up with body armour and guns looking for trouble. Yet you seem to think the "other side" are just as bad.

It's pretty clear from the video you posted that he's no where near the fire when he discharges his weapon.
And to be honest, and I'm probably ceding any moral high ground here but if an armed KKK leader wearing body armor came in to my town with his buddies shouting 'blood and soil' and beating up black people because they're black, I'd probably try to drive them out with an improvised flame thrower too!
But carry on with your defense there.
