The Everton Board Thread

Fair play to those who wrote the letter and behind the campaign.

They want better for the club and are trying to make change.

Baffling that they get stick for wanting a better club. Who cares who actually wrote the letter. It’s spot on with its content.

Amazing that some blues criticise it whilst watching HMS Everton heading straight into an iceberg and sinking into the championship. We’re going down.

How can anyone be happy with an average or 1 point per game? 3 wins in 15? Are you happy with zero communication from the club? Happy with baxendale running a loss making company and the chairman saying ‘you’ve had good times’ when asked! Those two should have been ran out of town years ago.

One bad signing in jan and we’re destined for the championship for god knows how long. But let’s focus on whether the Esk contributed to a letter or not hey? Pathetic

superb

This is staggeringly pathetic.

The 27 minute group haven't learned a thing.

Still begging Moshiri to see sense when the primary thing they should be demanding is that HE goes.

It's like someone walking into their own house and seeing a gang of burglars ransacking their home and then meekly pleading with the gang leader to get his men out of the house so they can both negotiate what he can take.

How do these peope not see why they attrract no support?

It's not because people dont care and they are the only ones who do (I'm tired of hearing them attacking other Evertonians for their indifference and talking up their own purity btw), it's because their position on the main culprit is incredibly weak and cowardly. Until the call is MOSHIRI OUT NOW!!! No Evertonian will buy into what this lot have to offer.

'It's not because people dont care'. Sorry, but some fans dont care enough.

Massive respect to those fans trying to do something to change what is going on.

The central point I made is that they have fundamentally got their strategy wrong - have done since day one - and continue along the cul-de-sac they entered into.

But why should United, a club who have spent the last 30 years growing their business, have as much to spend as Brighton, who 5 years ago were playing in League Two, possibly.

You only think its unfair cos Everton have made many mistakes, if we spent the money wisely, you wouldnt care.

The system isnt fair and if we hadnt had messed it all I would probably be calling them all sorts, like you, but Evertons problems are solely down to Everton.

It seems stupid to blame others.

Because Brighton will never have the opportunity to do what Utd have done due to the rules in place. How can they build massive revenue streams and gain £50+ million sponsers from Nike etc. without winning a few league titles and champions leagues when they can only spend a quarter of what Man City and Liverpool are allowed to spend every season and need to sell their best players every other summer and constantly rebuild to not break the rules in doing so?

It would be like the boomers who bought property on the cheap back in the day putting rules in place that young first time buyers have to put unrealistic 50% deposits down on houses with prices soaring.

It would be absolutely ludicrous but this is football now.

How dare Brighton fans dream.

ancelotti had doucoure, Allan and even Davies playing well.
james was shipped out after the window shut. No one knows the Ins and outs but id imagine, given the siggi situation, they could have held on to him till Jan.
bemitez hated him, that’s likely why he was shipped out.
Digne played well, Godfrey was great.
it was a top half squad till Benitez and his awful man management wrecked it.
It really wasn’t. We hardly won a game after Christmas. Ancelotti did very well with an absolutely rotten squad, but even he couldn’t keep the wheels on.
