If I owned the Internet I wouldn't allow anybody to post in a thread before using 'jump to new' and spending a minimum amount of time on each page.

Everton being run as a business can only be a good thing, going to take a massive massive turn around for the investors to take a penny out the club, we have very very few assets on the pitch and a big debt

Got to buy young good hungry players and sell them for profit

Moshiri isn’t selling anything, if what the Esk is saying is true then as an example Moshiri owns 97% and 13k shares MSP are going to be issued 14k shares meaning they own more then 50.1% if the club but Moshiri still has his 13k shares but down to 48.1%

If he’s diluting his share offering, that opens up the sale of the club. Investors often go on to acquire a greater share in the club, as he did with us previously, as Kroenke did at Arsenal etc. And if he dilutes it so he’s left with less than 50% then he’s effectively sold the club anyway, as he can no longer dictate how it’s run.

Yes but he taking no money.

What it does do is increase Everton Value from 1 Billion to 1.5 billion and once the stadium opens next year up to 3-5 Billion so if he was to sell then he make a huge profit off Everton all the while letting someone else sort us out
