Yes, people against losing the green belt land.

I have a dispute by me going on for years to build a primary school on park land. Not even a big school.

There will be pretty strong opposition against the move Im absolutely sure of that.
It's only natural cause Goodison is unique by every standard.

You were happy with the "world class stadium" in the Kirkby fiasco weren't you?

Expect the worlds greatest Evertonian to say something along the lines of 'we need to get this done, however if this goes to a public enquiry we are out of here' and when the enquiry gets announced then it will be 'sorry lads, we did try'.

It will then join the Kirkby Shed, the Annexe and the Kings Dock in the annuls.

Ah the age old cliches and buzz phrases are doing the rounds again.
Wouldn't it be wise to wait and see what the stadium plans are before piling in with the said old buzz phrases and cliches,or would this ruin the scare mongering campaign before it gathers pace ?

Hope you are right. Who is going to pay for it? The Everton board can't.
They tried convincing everyone you could build a world class stadium for around 70 mill. And the sad thing was, many gullible bought it!
