I agree. I think the 45 million per three years (instead of zero) is enough of a relaxation.
It destroys the argument that FFP 'fixes in for the big clubs' and that undermines competition
What it does is give the likes of Bill Kenwright and Robert Elstone no where to hide for under-performance in infrastructure building any more!
Its a clear leg up to the likes of City and PSG which isnt fair. You look at the likes of Arsenal, Spurs, WHU and even Norway who are getting their houses in order and spending on infrastructure - with long term plans to be competitive. Any relaxation of the rules undermine this investment and the spirit of competition and supports debt.
In a footballing sense we have seen Chelsea and City have had to stop hoarding expensive quality players and actually sell them to comply rather then see the likes of DeBruyne, Salah, Rodwell, Sigurrdson, Negrado, Sinclair fester a career away in the reserves - its been hugely positive for young and up and coming players.
