Bizarrely enough yes... Saville & Sutcliffe were mates, Saville had access to Broadmoor amongst many other hospitals he could wander around unchallenged.
Him and the ripper became friends and the two of them would supposingly often sit in his cell drinking tea and having a chat...

How nobody got onto him properly before he died is gobsmacking...
