Very sad news about Gordon Banks. He was a truly great goalkeeper and by all accounts he was also one of lifes good guys.

How many times would you expect to hear Tommy Wright's name on radio these days?
It seems that it was our Tommy fault that left Pele unmarked to put in that header.
Three times I've heard comments to that effect today. Not too many commenting on the ease at which Jairzinho skin Terry Cooper to get the cross in.
Anyway incredible save meant no harm was done.
