The Curious Case of Nikica Jelavic and Papiss Cisse

No, but that's why it's good to look back the last three or so seasons and see that he is capable of slotting in those chances he gets himself into and that it is a momentary dip in form. This season we are also playing a bit of a different system and I guess we are also missing Gibson. And yeah he shouldn't be allowed / told to go wide but to go in to the box to slot.

A momentary dip in form doesn't last this long. We can't afford passengers and we've been carrying him too long. I'm not saying we should get rid, but it could do him good to be out of the team for a spell and have him coming off the bench.

Did I not just post and write that it might be a good idea to drop him? The thing is, which others have also said is that we don't really have an alternative that could lead the line for 90 minutes. Vic is getting better all the time but he's a big lad.

Keep launching 30 yarders and expecting them to come off (definition of madness is...)

Whereas last season we were putting low, hard balls in the box with Jelavic to swipe it in. We've done that once (vs Villa).

Needs to be sold tbh, completely lost it.

jelavic does need to be sold... hes awful, disgrace to everton football club... we won't get europa league, champions league or even FA cup final now... and if we get there, we will lose anyway
