If the Mail is to be believed (I know, but on this occasion...) he and Johnson were rowing over Sunak's refusal to stop the looming rise in the corporate tax rate - this is at least a lot more sensible than dealing with this cost of living crisis by cutting taxes for the rich and sacking tens of thousands of normal people.
