If he's a great leader so was Adolph Hitler..

You are completely missing the point again. It doesn't matter what he was drinking, he was socializing and mixing with others when it was illegal for the whole country. People killed themselves due to isolation, people (myself included) couldn't see dying grandparents in their last days and the list goes on.
Do you know how dangerous it was for the country that everyone working in no 10 were just ignoring the rules, this highly transmissible virus could have wiped out/hospitalized the small group of people who are supposed to be running the country. It's a national security risk.
The queen sat alone at her husbands funeral as she respected the sacrifice everyone else was making, I am no fan of the monarchy but that is what real leadership looks like.
You are either being deliberately obtuse or you are just thick.
Good post. Having worked in local government there are "some" tories who were actually better to work with. Some genuinely nice people who did a lot of work for their communities and got stuck in to their work. I'll never vote for a right wing party but if people believe in that ideology that's fair enough we live in a democracy after all. There seems to be a prevailing opinion that anything but unadulterated support for Johnson is fervent political bias.
Personally, I find a huge disconnect between the Tories who want what best for the country but have a differing ideology to mine and the Tories who want what's best for themselves and will do anything necessary to maintain that.
I don't dislike all Tories, but I hate this current self serving bunch and especially their leader.
And yet you lambasted Starmer over Beergate!Great leaders are not afraid to steal the ideas from opponents…..you should be happy…..
I don't need £400. I'd rather they spent it on the health service or clearing up the mess in the streets.
Half of my wife's team are on the verge of a breakdown due to the pressure put on them by the commissioners as they've got to find around £100k of savings while still doing the same amount of work as the constant threat of the service either being deskilled or farmed out to someone like Virgin hangs over them. Tears are a seemingly daily occurrence and with the tax rises introduced this year they've actually had a pay cut despite the so-called pay increase (and that's before inflation). Amidst the stress there is no thought given to the talent crisis that will emerge as the vast majority of the team are in their late 50s and very close to retirement. It's clinging on day by day. They were given a talk this week from the trust on how to budget and scrape meals together cheaply, while also informed of the food banks in the area.I don't need £400. I'd rather they spent it on the health service or clearing up the mess in the streets.
Mate your wasting your breath Pete doesn't do reason when it comes to Johnson, he idolises him, even though he's been caught out lying, partying during a pandemic, even if Johnson commited a murder live on air, he would just bring up Tony Blair, Keir Starmer. Johnson would bring his whole party down to save his own skin, he has no morals, neither of seems has Pete.
Sir Kier leading from the front again, no doubt Johnson will make out this was his idea all along, it's what he does.

But yeah, "we" love the NHS.

Agree with that. The money wasted by a lot of trusts is absolutely criminal!I could save £100k within five minutes of walking into the Trust…..and it would come from the Trust…..
Details details details.
Whatever, it’s about time he contributed something …..
