Where I live, there is a completely different attitude with candidates.

Nearby it's been reported that labour representatives are doing the bare minimum campaigning , someone I know was told by theirs that they know they will vote for them anyway.

Whereas the green party has been using social media to demonstrate how they are actively trying to fix issues in our area.

The last thing Labour need to be is complacent.

Definitely seems to be an attempt by local Tories create some space from Johnson and co who are toxic on the doorstep. Seen numerous examples now. This is a ploy to distance themselves in order to save their necks. Indeed all elections follow the lead set by the PM and Westminster as a whole. It will be bad day for them but locals historically have low turn outs. Probably save them from disaster, for now.

Absolutely crazy that this lot get voted in.

Austerity was a choice.

Also their tenure has resulted in a massive transfer of wealth from us to the 1%. Almost akin to the oligarchs in post soviet Russia.

Really is a myth that they can be trusted with the economy.

It's a shame really that local politics and Westminster are so split in terms of standings for Tories to have to distance themselves from their own party to even stand a chance of some support.

I say that like I'm supporting them but I just mean that local communities should be at the forefront. Seeing the green party actually trying to help our community is how it should play out. No Westminster nonsense , just a what I will do for where you live policy. I think that is forgotton by some these days

To be fair it's not policies it's about attacking the opposite party better than they attack you. Which is quite pathetic really.

Was an upshift in personal politics ever since Miliband the man with a Jewish background who could not eat a bacon sandwich very well oh how they laughed, not to mention his deceased father the most dangerous man in Britain... It's how the elite want to manage agenda, they probably don't want at this moment, but there we are it's off the leash.
