It's mad because it's trying anything to deflect away from the parties. Which is why the "nobody cares" "why aren't you talking about cost of living/COVID/Brexit instead" are stupid because people clearly do care and none of the alternative discussion points are safe ground either..

And I think the invention of "woke" enemies around every corner is starting to wear thin, because the problem with fictional enemies is at some point you have to fight them.
