The economy is complete car crash.

The tories will blame anything but themselves.
But let’s not forget their billions of waste, failure to tax companies making billions of pounds profit at the tax payers cost.

I’m hoping Sunak might start to address the imbalance today but given his record, I predict very little apart from a few headline sound bites.

And I was dead right.

Changing tack slightly, I was pleased to see Chris Grayling still maintains his hard earned reputation of being an ominishambles with the inverse midas touch:

Gotta hand it to the guy, their ain't nothing he can't turn to poop.

Rishi Sunak and this spring statement...lollollollollollollollollollollollollollollollollollollollollollollollollollollollollollollollollollollollollollollollollollollollollollollollollollollollollollollollollollollollollollollollollollollollollollollollollollollollollollollollollollollollol

So after all these years of austerity ect .
Just what have the tories done for anybody that as made there life better, more wealthy, healthcare, job security?
Baffling that people fall for this lot all the time they get better off you get worse off simple that's what you get with a tory government.
It gets repeated all the time. Loads of people still believe the tories are the party of fiscal responsibility despite their lives being a whole lot shitter

The question is how did the amendment end up being part of that ?

The only people that would want it are the ones that would benefit from it, a bit (lot) of cash changing hands no doubt.

Crossing two threads here, but, @summerisle posted something to affirm this in the P&O thread:

Guess what he's doing now ?

Which of course makes him more able than I first thought, when it suits him. Tossers.

Grayling since he has been at Dover has seen the productivity has gone down compared to other ports.
Why anybody employ that waste of space I will never know.
Only thing going for him is friends in high places
Absolute waste of a man.

As I said before, another Oxbridge dimwit. A lot of them really aren't all that sharp, but they're bloody confident, talk the right way, and are networked (usually as a result of their education). Gets you an awful long way in this country.
