Of course, this does gloss over the unpleasant truth that so many of the British public have such an unhealthy attitude towards immigration.

Pants on fire. Surely that civil servant Glynn Williams has to go. And May knew Rudd was lying about target setting that was also there when May was Home Secretary. What else have they been lying about? The Skripals it was Putin/the Kremlin, chemical weapons by the Syrian government, so May can have her war. What else are they lying about? The NHS, economy, police numbers, Brexit, house builds, the border on the island of Ireland etc. This lying scummy lot have to go. Labour should be calling for a vote of no confidence.
So Windrush would've been ok if we'd only all got behind the policy? That's not how things work Pete.

If Labour have any sense they won't do that till Brexit is done. Why take that on and immediately lose public faith?
Let the Tories deal with that and then wipe them out.
No tears shed for Amber Rudd, but the "hostile environment" and deportation targets are all down to Theresa May. She should also resign. She is shameless.
Surely May has to go now too. To deny she knew anything about this is preposterous.
