For anyone who isn't drunkenly running through their Daily Mail greatest hits edition:

We have lost nearly 20,000 police officers from across the country, plus 15 thousand police staff over those 11 years;
Police officers have had two above inflation pay rises in eleven years, both 2.5% (so only just above inflation) - one of these was unfunded by the government;
Police officers pensions have been - without agreement and illegally (as it turned out) - extended, worsened and the contribution rate increased;
Half of the police stations in the country have closed, or are now closed to the public;
There was a 16% cut in central funding across the country, and nearly a 30% cut in London;
The Courts and Probation Services have been similarly shredded.
