I feel genuinely sorry for the UK. I'm both relieved and sorry that I get to laugh at the utter clown from a safe distance across the sea
Get a watering down in devolved nations from Bodger and his cronies, thankfully. See they are shafting the little ones in England now. "Levelling down their education".

And the utterly incompetent Gavin Williamson still remains in post.
Complete nob.

More than Williamson its the entire autocratic Tory ethos. Less education means less political education which increases the chances of people not understanding or seeing what is wrong with the current system. Which in turn mean higher chances of those who benefit from this broken system to remain in power.

The COVID catch up of £50 extra our kids are getting compares with an equivalent total funding of £1,600 per pupil set aside in the US and £2,500 per pupil in the Netherlands, nice little context.

TBF I am sure that’s what they think is going to happen, but in reality we will probably go back to a time when much of the working class educated themselves and developed a limited solidarity thereby.

Of course heard it already, I knew what I was voting for as in Brexit...
Anyway, once again parents who can afford to pay for extra tuition will give their children an unfair advantage over the kids whose parents are just about managing to get by. So much for levelling up!

Can't be the only one thinking this, there is a pattern emerging here?

Head of government, clueless, wasteful, lazy, liar, constantly sheds advisers as he promises much and delivers very little.

Does this remind you of anyone else, someone orange perhaps with similarly strange hair?

In the last 48hrs we've had, The Home Office breaking the law over asylum seekers at Napier barracks. Another entry into the House of Lords for a disgraced old chum of Boris'. Who incidentally failed the vetting procedure, but when did the vetting procedure ever matter!
More lies about our education spending, proving this government really does not have children's best interests at heart. And coming soon not so global Britain with in party rebellion over aid cuts.
