No, Neil wasn't there. Besides Stratton they've had some overt Tory appointments in the last decade. Evan Davis - ex-Tory policy maker; Chris Cook - former researcher for the Tory Party.

Easy minded like to squawk on London Mayor role which in essence is just a figure head, however, it's the Manchester and other Mayor's have the real power and executive decision making.
