My current favourite cabinet member for the "most overpromoted incompetent of the year award" has to be Liz " cracking piece of cheese" Truss, in charge allegedly of post brexit trade deals.

Unfortunately lots of Cummings recruits. His team (deliberately) messed up a recent recruitment test - the marking table they used to score a multiple choice test, did not match the actual answers. Get all the answers correct, you score 70%. To get higher than that, and get to interview, you needed one of the Cummings team to give you a copy of the scoring matrix. Even after this was discovered, candidates who must have cheated are being offered jobs: the investigation of Cummings was handled by Cummings
