I love it when certain types like to accuse the EU of being "undemocratic", pointing to the EU Commission President - who is elected by the European Parliament - as "unelected", whilst turning a blind eye to the way the current UK prime minister can simply appoint somebody to the unelected House of Lords in lieu of any election so that he can become foreign secretary. Glorious.
You think he's that smart? He always struck me as something of a naive idiot with just enough intellect to spout the platitudes to graduate Oxford with honors, and not enough to plan. You see a snake-in-the-grass finding a way to make a return. I see someone stupid enough to take an impossible job under impossible circumstances in a doomed effort to rehabilitate his legacy, a sharper politician seizing the opportunity to jump ship to a safer Great Office of State and another sharper politician using Cameron to borrow what passes for Tory gravitas and placate the moderates in his party. What an utter scumbag Cameron is. Almost everything that's gone wrong with this country for the last 13 plus can be laid at his doorstep, especially from 2015 onwards when he stole his election win with the promise that he never drempt that he'd have to keep in the referendum. A truly despicable man who has never once taken responsibility for HIS failures. Say what you want Peter Hitchens but he was so right about Cameron, "Mr Slippery" has slithered his way back into politics and the country is a good deal worse off for it.
Cameron has been out of front line politics since 2016 and walks right into a prime ministerial job, beggars belief. Just goes to show how little talent you need to be a MP.
Might be back on the cards, maybe an attempt to improve relationships with EU who better than former Remoaner PM as foreign secretary. Certainly trying get back some centre ground.Imagine Cameron getting into power by promising a referendum on returning to the EU.
Socially pretty liberal Conservative and has policy as PM to back that up.What an utter scumbag Cameron is. Should be in Jail. Along with Osborne. Murderers and that’s just the half of it.What an utter scumbag Cameron is. Cameron is far from stupid. He just doesn't care about anything other then himself and would happily see the country burn in order to warm himself up via the funeral pyre. He's cunning beyond belief in his own twisted way.You think he's that smart? He always struck me as something of a naive idiot with just enough intellect to spout the platitudes to graduate Oxford with honors, and not enough to plan. Granted, I didn't have a front row seat for observing Cameron the way many of you did, but he neatly fits the profile of that child of privilege.
Cumming coined the saying "fcuk pigs". All four top offices of state are again in the hands of private educated. Pigs are on alert.
