….I’m surprised the media haven’t picked up on the impotency of the Cabinet under Johnson. Lee Cain said it was a photo opportunity for them to walk from Whitehall to no10 with their red boxes but nothing was debated in Cabinet. Amazingly, the Cabinet outcomes were written before meetings.

Encouraging to hear Helen MacNamara say part of her remit was updating the Shadow Cabinet and it was refreshing when she was asked questions she’d expect right minded public officials to ask.
A huge pinch of salt needed. She brought a karaoke machine into Downing Street, also received a fixed penalty notice. They're all scrabbling around trying to save their own skin

….hearing this morning that Hancock thought he should be the one who decided who should live and who should die. A number of witnesses saying he’s not fit for public office.

I clearly remember him at the Dispatch Box during that period with Tory MPs congratulating him on doing a terrific job. Thing is, those Tory MPs are still there. Replays of them congratulating Hancock should be captured by Labour and shown as a Party Political Broadcast ahead of the next election.

Stevens says Hancock thought, if NHS overwhelmed, he should decide who would live or die, not doctors

O’Connor went to ask about discussions about what might need to happen if the NHS was overwhelmed, and care had to be rationed.

Stevens says Matt Hancock thought that, if decisions had to be taken about who would live and who would die, that should be a ministerial matter.

He says Hancock “took the position that in this situation he, rather than the medical profession or the public, should ultimately decide who should live and who should die”.

Stevens says that his view was that this should be a matter for doctors.

He says luckily the NHS never got to a position where anyone did have to take these decisions.

I’m hoping this is enough to bury whatever TV career he had planned. Certainly hoping it makes him too poisonous to touch even for those stupid reality tv shows.

I dont watch that SAS garbage, but I saw a clip on it with him saying 'Well I handled the pandemic didn't i' made my blood boil, the droopy faced chode

Can we get to the bit where that Tory baroness and business woman formed a company and immediately got a contract that supplied £Millions worth of unusable protective clothing to the NHS. Then she bought a yacht. Looking forward to having that examined.

….was talking to my daughter (NHS Consultant) earlier and presume PPE procurement is in scope for the enquiry. Listening yesterday and today, two witnesses have spoken about the masks not fitting female staff, this was certainly the case with her. It was an absolute shambles.

Something seriously off about that snivelling little worm.

A total 4 that thinks he's a 10.
