It is very difficult to read you witter on about sunak, when your wittering was conspicuous by its absence re truss, johnson, may and cameron.

Would you be a dear and explain exactly, precisely, specifically what it is about sunak that you don't like please.

He’s a backstabbing lightweight, who has achieved nothing…but I’m glad you are defending and supporting him…….

I answered it honestly…..

Governments have known for years. Apparently the stuff has been getting used since the 50’s. However putting that aside, it’s those in charge now who should be dealing with this and it’s a bleeding shambles by the look of it. The Dorries resignation letter, while self serving was nonetheless absolutely spot on when it comes to Sunak…..

If you know your history In 2010 the Tory led coalition voted to axe a £55 Billion fund that was intended to replace Britain's outdated schools. If i recall the then education secretary Muchakew Gove did media rounds telling all and sundry that Labour were being over dramatic in their anger at scrapping school building modernisation.

Also in 2010 at the treasury….

David Laws told reporters: "When I arrived at my desk on the very first day as chief secretary, I found a letter from the previous chief secretary to give me some advice, I assumed, on how I conduct myself over the months ahead.

"Unfortunately, when I opened it, it was a one-sentence letter which simply said: 'Dear chief secretary, I'm afraid to tell you there's no money left,' which was honest but slightly less helpful advice than I had been expecting."

So there may have been a reason regarding the £55Billion…….

Either way, Governments have ignored this and now are making a complete dogs dinner of it……

I've got a pretty good idea myself.

Ahh that old chestnut. It’s an aged old tradition, latched onto by buffoons.

This is hardly a surprise. I’ve seen some comments defending the Tories as this was known for years. If it was taken seriously and resourced appropriately this current situation was more than avoidable.
