This was reported and the pictures were in the papers ages ago. No one defended them and I thought that the Police had issued fines to them. To drag it up again the day before Parliament rubber stamps the Boris review has Gove’s fingerprints all over it…….

How do you work that out, and what does Gove have to do with it - the pics were released, not the videos, which show much worse behaviours and attitudes than have been previously admitted to.
