That summary is worth as much as the rest of the TPA's output is; I mean I'd put money on that entire article basically being one room in 55 Tufton Street, SW1 attacking the Government because the Government isn't doing what a couple of other rooms at 55 Tufton Street, SW1 have been paid to get it to do.

They've already decided that it ought to have been made available - contempt charge is a consequence of not disclosing what was agreed by the house.

From the government side, Cox is the last person who should be held accountable for this - if anything the reason why PM is determined not to release it (even in the face of obvious defeat) is because he probably gave honest and competent advice as to the legal difficulties with her plan.

If anyone is going to be hauled over the coals about this, it must be the person who ordered it (both the abstaining on the initial motion and now this).
