So good judgement if the only thing you care about is your own career, poor judgement if you value the well being of anyone outside the eliteNot sure it is - she was largely responsible for killing off Johnson's attempt at the leadership (so there is a debt he has to be seen to repay), it allows him to claim that he is appointing people from all wings of the party (and she is the least threatening person to him on the right - prominent but no real mass of hangers-on) and putting her in the Home Office guarantees that either she or the department will mess something up so badly that she can be correctly made to resign (as even Truss found out).
